Traditional Values as a Factor of Conservation and Unity of Modern Russia

The article deals with the traditional values of Russians in terms of national security. It allocates unique characteristics of Russian society, such as community, nepotism, priority of ideal. Forming a policy to achieve unity of peoples of Russia is possible if we accurately determine such values as tradition, value, culture, knowledge of its history, through an objective assessment of the current state of society. Handling of the people to traditions and history, the priority of the national to the borrowed will help neutralizing internal and external threats to society and the state, and leveling the negative impact of globalization, economic, political, informational, cultural and other expansion in the framework of providing spiritual security of Russia.
