From National Security Strategy to the Global and Perspective Strategic Project Planning
Abstract
The article deals with the updated Russian Federation National Security Strategy. The author presents his own approach to the purpose of doctrinal documents. The article proves the need in the development of such state strategy that could overcome the settled spatial and time frames.
