Problems of the Organization and Functioning of Zemstvo Institutions in Perm Province on the Materials of Zemstvo Assemblies Journals (1906–1914)
Abstract
The paper analyzes the organizational process of the work of Zemstvo institutions in Perm province (on materials of Zemstvo assemblies’ journals as one of the main clerical sources). It includes a research of problems of election to the posts, functioning, providing Zemstvo service. The author raises the issues of information potential of Zemstvo assemblies journals in researching problems of organization of the work of Zemstvo institutions.
