Organization of the Center for Practical Competences on Sustainable Development on the Base of the University as a Factor in the Development of Social Entrepreneurship and Training of Professional Personnel for the Labor Market

This research work is devoted to the initiative of creating an additional structural element in the university environment, which is of theoretical and applied nature, preparing future personnel for socially oriented organizations. The relevance of this topic is conditioned by the acute need of social entrepreneurship representatives in competent personnel. The university environment as the first instance of the professional path of potential working personnel (students) faces the requests of students for a more applied nature of the information presented. Together with the economic trends in the field of sustainable development in the Russian Federation, which dictate new conditions for doing business, a proposal was put forward for educational institutions and representatives of social entrepreneurship and responsible business to create a project office for students, preparing competent practice-oriented personnel.
